Refund Policy

1. Refund Request

Refunds can be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the initial subscription, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Art. 49 - Right of Withdrawal).

The request must be made through our customer service channel, providing the reason for the cancellation.

2. Refund Conditions
  • This policy applies only to the first subscription of the service. Automatic renewals and recurring payments are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of proven technical failures.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused periods in monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions.
  • Refunds do not apply to upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes during the current subscription period.
3. Refund Processing

Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the purchase, within 10 (ten) business days.

Payment cancellations may be subject to processing fees, according to the payment provider's policy. These fees, when applicable, will be informed in advance.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling the subscription prevents future charges, but the user will continue to have access to the service until the end of the contracted period.

To avoid recurring charges, the cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the next billing cycle.

5. Exceptions and Specific Considerations
  • We do not offer refunds for violations of the Terms of Use, such as breaches of acceptable use policies or unauthorized sharing of access.
  • Access failures caused by local connection issues, device settings, or regional restrictions are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be issued for special promotions, lifetime plans, or subscriptions purchased through third parties (such as marketplaces or partners).
